Safety LMS understands that companies don't have the time or resources to manually track all of your employees certifications and when they are expiring.
So we developed a system that does it for you. Under the manage tab at the top or your screen, you will be able to see all of your companies employees that have been through a Safety LMS training, and in an instant know if they are compliant, expiring in the next 90 days or expired.
We have also added a setting that allows you, as the training manager to disable certifications once a person leaves the company. We can't fly out and take the physical certification off him, but if a vendor searches his Cert # in our system here then they will see a big note that the employee is no longer with the company on his card.
